This page explains the terms that apply to any service or product offered through this website.
Free audits
The initial website audit is provided at no charge. It is based on publicly available information and the details you submit.
Requesting an audit does not require a purchase and does not guarantee that your website is compatible with every service.
Purchased services
The service, scope, and price will be confirmed before purchase. Payment is generally required before implementation begins.
Services are limited to the work described in the selected package, invoice, or written communication. Work outside that scope may require a separate quote.
You are responsible for:
- Providing accurate information
- Confirming that you are authorized to modify the website
- Providing the access needed to complete the service
- Maintaining a current website backup
- Responding when information or approval is needed
- Removing temporary access after completion
Failure to provide access or respond to requests may delay or prevent completion.
Flat-rate pricing
Services are sold at flat rates based on the overall service, not as separately priced tasks.
Not every website has every type of information or asset that could be optimized. For example, a website may have services but no products, articles, or author profiles.
The absence of a particular asset does not reduce the service price or qualify the customer for a partial refund. You receive the portions of the purchased service that are relevant and usable for your website.
Service Refunds
Except where required by law, all refunds, credits, cancellations, and exceptions are issued solely at the discretion of Hello Goodbye AI.
Once work has begun, purchased services are nonrefundable. Work may include reviewing the project, evaluating access, planning changes, preparing configurations, communicating about requirements, or beginning implementation.
No refund will be issued because:
- Your website does not contain every type of asset that could be optimized
- You choose not to use part of the service
- You change your goals
- You fail to provide sufficient website access
- You stop responding before completion
- You do not receive a particular search, traffic, or AI visibility result
If access reveals an unexpected technical restriction that makes the purchased service impossible to complete, Hello Goodbye AI may choose, at its sole discretion, to offer an alternative, credit, cancellation, or refund.
Results and limitations
AI Protection publishes instructions telling recognized AI training bots not to access specified content. Bot operators must choose to follow those instructions. Complete protection against scraping, copying, plagiarism, or AI training cannot be guaranteed.
AI Identity and AI Visibility add information that can help search engines and AI tools understand your website. They do not guarantee that an AI provider or search engine will scan, cite, recommend, rank, or send traffic to your website.
Hello Goodbye AI does not control search engines, AI providers, hosting platforms, website software, or other third-party systems. Changes made by those providers may affect previously completed work.
Services do not include full website redesign, comprehensive SEO, ongoing maintenance, cybersecurity monitoring, or legal advice unless specifically stated.
Technical risk
Reasonable care will be taken when modifying your website, but websites and third-party software can behave unpredictably.
Hello Goodbye AI is not responsible for preexisting problems, outdated software, incompatible plugins, hosting failures, security incidents, or changes made by you or another provider.
To the extent permitted by law, total liability related to a purchased service will not exceed the amount paid for that service. Hello Goodbye AI is not responsible for indirect losses such as lost traffic, revenue, rankings, data, or business opportunities.
Digital products
Hello Goodbye AI may offer plugins, templates, downloads, or other digital products.
Product-specific descriptions, compatibility requirements, licenses, support terms, and refund terms may be provided at the time of purchase. Unless otherwise stated or required by law, digital-product refunds are issued solely at the discretion of Hello Goodbye AI.
Ownership
You retain ownership of your website, content, and branding.
Hello Goodbye AI retains ownership of its preexisting methods, templates, processes, tools, software, and reusable materials. Purchasing a service or digital product does not transfer ownership of that underlying intellectual property unless stated in writing.
